A Quick Life & Studio Update
Hey everyone,
It’s been… a lot. In a good way, mostly—just one of those seasons where everything seems to be moving at once, but not in a way that’s overwhelming. More like… layered.
Things are ramping up across the board right now. Work, projects, planning, commissions—everything is starting to pick up speed as we head into summer. But instead of everything crashing into each other, it’s been surprisingly balanced. Intentional, even.
I’ve been leaning a lot into pacing—making sure nothing overlaps beyond my actual capacity. That’s been the biggest shift lately. Not doing everything at once, but still moving everything forward.
Art & Commissions
Recently, I had a piece that unexpectedly led to a commission… which then led to more work from that same thread. That kind of organic momentum is always my favorite—it feels real, not forced.
I’m currently in the early stages of a new commission (Godzilla, possibly with glow elements 👀), and I’m really excited to push it into something a bit more experimental. We’ll see where it lands, but I’m aiming for something memorable.
At the same time, I’m continuing work on ongoing series—especially pieces within my larger bodies of work that I’ve been building out quietly behind the scenes.
The Bigger Picture
Behind all of this, there’s a lot of structure work happening.
Planning out not just the next few weeks, but the next year (and honestly… even beyond that). It’s not about rushing—it’s about building things properly so they can hold.
A lot of what I’ve been doing lately falls into that category:
quiet setup, backend systems, long-term alignment.
Not flashy, but necessary.
Energy & Capacity
One thing I’ve been paying more attention to is energy management.
Busy weeks are inevitable—especially this time of year. But what matters is what happens after. Rest isn’t optional. It’s part of the system.
So if things feel like they’re ramping up for you too right now, just know:
you don’t have to do everything all at once.
Layer it. Pace it. Let it build.

Going into summer, expect:
More consistent artwork releases
A few experimental pieces
Continued development across ACI and related projects
Possibly some behind-the-scenes/process content (finally… lol)
We’re building. Steadily.
